DESCRIPTION:St. Aidan’s Chapel has deep connections to Salter’s Point where the first congregation was formed in the early 1900’s.  As the story goes\, it began in one of the early homes with an oar placed across the stairway to serve as a communion rail.  From there\, services moved to The Salter’s Point Inn until the Houghton family built St. Aidan’s Chapel at The Meadows. \nWhether you’ve wandered through the gardens\, stepped inside for a bit of quiet reflection\, attended a baptism\, wedding\, or memorial service\, joined in an outside service\, or just walked by and wondered about the place\, you are invited to join other friends of St. Aidan’s for a casual reception in the Casino.    \nIf you think you might join in\, please let Marguerite Graham (561-716-3404) know as St Aidan’s plans wine\, beer and beverages.
