The Casino is the main gathering place for SPIA Members. The building is used for cocktail parties, annual meetings, and BOG meetings. Members can also book and rent The Casino and/or Casino Green for private events.

Behind the back of the Casino, on the lower level, is our communal office/workspace. The office has a bathroom, multiple desks, printer, and small conference room. The Office has heat and A/C!  Please remember to turn them off at your use.

Rates

For private events hosted by a SPIA member, per event rates are:

• The Casino $250 (per event)
• The Casino Green $100 (per event)
• For a weekend private event, The Casino & Green is a total of $650 (per weekend)

How to Book

• Check the below Availability calendar
• Enter your dates in the Reservation form and click Check Availability which will capture your dates on the website and then display if available or not.
• Click the Confirm Reservation button and fill out the Booking Details form
• Please also complete this Google Form titled: “SPIA Casino Rental Confirmation Form” which details where to submit your payment.  The completed form will be emailed to you and a copy should be sent along with your payment to the address listed on the form.
• Also a great idea to please check in with the Casino Coordinator during the process

Planning for Your Event

• Please allow plenty of advanced time for the planning of your event.  This document helps guide you and answers many questions (“How to hold an event” at Salters)
• When in doubt, please reach out to the Casino Coordinator
• After your event, please leave the area as clean, if not cleaner, than how you found it.  We are all volunteers and appreciate everyone doing their part.
